Help Me Please !!!!!!!!!!!!

The basic problem is that when i open and begin playing a game it will crash, this will occur between 10 seconds and 10 mins. There is no blue screen of death. What hapends is the monitor will turn off " with a no signal logo on it". The sound will loop consitly eg " the room can be placed between west west west west west west west". The fans will also become maxed out to 100% as there extreamly loud.
it crashes in most games "cod2, hitman 4, moto gp 3............all acept Zoo tycoon 2 " wird microsoft did somthing right for once"

#############WHAT MY COMPUTER IS, sry i have no idea what the problem is so its best to lay it all out.

Problems & Suggestions:
Problem Disk free space is only 1% on drive C:.
Problem Disk free space is only 2% on drive D:.

It can be two problems according to me.
1. The video card u have is overheating and causing the PC to shut down.
2. Ur RAM/HDD is faulty and so while going to swapfile, the game is crashing.

Are you using a dedicated card or onboard graphics? If it is onboard, it may not work as well.

Actually, that's a sound card. But I found what I needed in the everest thing in your second post.
