Motherboard drivers

Is there any point in updating motherboard drivers if everything is working all right? Or is that only necessary if things are broken?

If it aint broke, don`t fix it.

Since your system is running fine, there`s absolutely no point in updating mobo drivers just for the sake of it.

Doing so can cause stability issues.

I agree with howard. unless you either have a problem or know that a particular bios was released to fix some serious issues with a particular board. I wouldnt upgrade it.
