Anyone have any knowledge on this?

Hi I recently bought an AMD Sempron 2800+ which I have put into my comptuer. Now whenever i start up my pc i get the message "CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please re-check - CPU Soft Menu". When this message appears i press F1 and the computer continues to load up and work perfectly fine. I was just wondering if anybody knows where exactly this "CPU Soft Menu" is and what i have to alter for the message to go away.
If someone could help me with this it'd be much appreciated.

System specs
Go into the bios and find the screen that has the cpu info on it. Most likely it's set for a different cpu then the one you have, set it to your Sempron's settings, save changes then exit the bios. If it keeps happening you might have to change the cmos battery.
