based in South West London... Will they do better than e-BAy??

Really.. You can't even think about any kind of rivalry until "mobadoo" becomes a verb like "to ebay".

It will take years to do if they possibley could I highly doubt it ebay is wayyyy tooooooo large of a company its the worlds numebr 1 action site of coruse

Everyone else here is right... And besides, the fact that it is not based in the US, will make it very hard to compete with Ebay, and as Nodsu said, who ever heard of "mobadoo it" ???

You just may be surprised. Americans have not been getting good press for a very long time. And the local people in every country want to use their own internet sites. This company has every chance to be a success.

Sorry, there are plenty of ebay rivals, but none can match the power that ebay has. Like it or not, ebay is the auction house of the world.
