Hi, Im here on this thread to post sometihng that I would just love to know about Dell's tech support they claim it to be "Award winning tech support" By who have you ever noticed they never tell you or show you what award they relaly won. Yes I did see they won a JD power adward for their printers there not even made by dell anways there by lexmark but still that still isnt there techs support nd they claim this for computers anways not printers

Maybe we should have an email writing campaign requesting the "proof in the pudding"
