Need Help One More Thing Wmp10
i want to use wmp10 but it wont let see anything it wont even show the bar when i try to look at videos on the web and it says this when i try to open it

have you tired to reinstall it?

i tried but it say the other is still active so instaling failed

reinstall it when you boot into safe mode. otherwise look for the process (i think its wmp.exe or something similar) and kill it, then reinstall it.

Goto Add/Remove programs. Click on "show updates". Scroll down and uninstall "Windows Media Player 10". Reboot. Try installing again now.
