Hey Guys,
how do I correct the Forum time?... My settings should be -7GMT. Right now, I'm 6 hours fast

Go to - User profile/Edit options/Time Zone/select Mountain time/Save settings at bottom of page.

for some reason the last part of the edit options page wasn't showing. I got it now
