minidump Help
Hi,
I just got a BSOD with error code 0x40000080, and i've read some thread with the same problem, i just need to know what exactly happends with my PC, i have experienced this one month ago and now its happens again, i have attached the minidump file found on my windows folder, anyone can tell if something wrong with the hardware or driver My PC is running on Windows XP Sp2 with AMD 64 3200+ 1 GB DDR RAM Visipro 1 stick ABit AT8 32X PCIe ATI x1300 Pro 256 MB with 380 Power Supply This is also shown in my System Event viewer "Error code 40000080, parameter1 86e9bad0, parameter2 869af1e8, parameter3 8055066c, parameter4 00000001." and "Error code 40000080, parameter1 868c9238, parameter2 8651dda0, parameter3 8055066c, parameter4 00000001." thanks in advance |

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
2 minidumps crash at Rtenicxp.sys. I believe this is the driver for your Realtek nic. 2 minidumps crash with an unknown image. Try updating the drivers for your nic and see if that helps. Regards Howard

That was a quick response, thanks i have installed the latest driver for my NIC, and i guess the problem came from there, when i updating the driver that BSOD appears with the same error code, and i restart the windows replace the old driver with the new one. hope the BSOD wont appears anymore ![]() thanks again |
