Windows XP Service Pack 2b

There is a new version of Windows XP out now with Service Pack 2b. I've seen it at Newegg. Does anyone know its basic difference from plain SP2? It's not a problem but I'm just curious. I couldn't find any mention of it at the Microsoft site.
