Can you give us the url to the website you were on?

Maybe then we can find out which plugin is missing.

First in the firefox popup blocker options allow the site.

Then click on the red download plugin box on this page HERE. It`s an ActiveX plugin. Personally I don`t recommend you to do this, as Firefox doesn`t support ActiveX for security reasons.

I guess It`s up to you though.

I don`t know what`s changed. Maybe it`s something to do with the current version of Firefox(1.5.0.6), or perhaps the website has made a change.

You could always use IE for that website. I`m sure you wouldn`t have any problems then.
