ATI Radeon 9250 PCI Driver problem.
I have a ATI Radeon 9250 256 MB PCI Graphics card.. but, alas, the driver for said card is "Not installed or not working properly" even after I went through the whole installation process as required.. without a single hitch. So, what is the problem here? You guys have any advice?
(I uninstalled the previous graphics driver, as per instructions in the 9250 manual) |

What driver version are you using? The Catalyst Control Center 6.6 and up no longer support your card.

Oh.. that might be a reason... Thanks.. Stupid ATI. Well, I got that fixed, but now, when I switch to the ATI card, the screen goes to a black screen of death. I cant do anything in that screen!
(Oh, and I switched over because I have an Intel integrated 845 graphics.. so I cant remove it.) |
