I live in Tampa, Florida. That's about an hour from Kissimmee. "Where's that?", you say. Kissimmee is where Walt Disney World is located. Shhh, most tourists think they're in Orlando!

Hey mate, you know you are always more than welcome to visit if you are ever in the area. Just don't go into my kitchen!

So many european's on the techspot forums, so much, I think we need to rename it to Eurospot!
LOL! VERY TRUE! I didn't realize that alot of you were European. It's no wonder why during my time PST (Pacific Standard Time) like only 4-5 users are on. All activity must go on at night then.

Anyways, I live in Los Angeles, California. I frequently visit Las Vegas if you're ever around there.

Admittedly, I have only just read the last couple of posts, but I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

If you are going to talk about me, please speak english.

hey mate, that's you phant

i'll try to brit speak...........or limey talk............since we yanks.............can't speak.........English...........just referring to your previous post regarding a possible visit from "spliffmeister", and how he was more than welcome, but, had better just not go into your kitchen.............i assumed that meant you had some culinary skill.........spliffmeister, what a great handle (a trucking expression, as to how someone would communicate over a cb radio)..........communicating with the euros, for me, has been a little bit of a challenge(as i use quite a bit of yank slang)uderstandable to statesiders, but, apparently confusing and frustrating to some...........including yanks that have maybe not my life's experience.

OK, having re-read some of your poorly articulated diatribe, I think I know what you are talking about.

I believe that the answer to your question (if that's what is was), is this:-

No. I told him not to come into my kitchen because I am a guy living alone, doing the bachelor thing, and that for environmental reasons its probably best that he not enter my kitchen.

You know, I am probably more high right now than you are, and you still make the least sense!

poorly articulated diatribe

now, that cracks me up(LMAO).with me, in my dealings with my clients and constituents, it is a love hate thing. i have a different perspective, coming from a scattered thinking process, that has the abilty to organize chaos. i am not as eloquent or articulate as you, although i could be (english minor). in the construction field, conversation may only be a few grunts a groans. i've picked up this bad habit of being a little bit too crass, arrogant, speaking in broken sentences, coming from ordering people around, much to my mother's chagrin. seeing and hearing myself in a family home video was a real eye opener.......hehe.......but, in the field of landscape maintenance preceded as a stockbroker following years of teaching high school, the birds and the trees do not seem to mind. oh by the way, i see now, what you euros mean...........hehe............about the kitchen:eek: over here, it's the caboose

Lol, that cracks me up.

Actually, I didn't give my exact city but I gave one where most of you out of the US and even out of CA would know, that's Los Angeles.

Actually, I technically live in Buena Park, but on the other hand, I'm right next to La Mirada, Fullerton, and La Habra. Very, very strange, it's like the four corners to me, except in cities. I can walk to each city in a matter of less than 10 minutes.

So... JSR... ever go to the Irvine spectrum? I usually go there to chow down at PF Changs and then go to Jama Juice for a nice OJ and maybe a movie with me and my girl.

"Poorly articulated diatribe" is a comedic phrase that is SO well put together, I have to give you a standing ovation.

You better trademark it before I start using it.

In true spirit of open source, as its inventor, I choose to make it part of the public domain! You may all use it freely, provided you give me credit!

For those that don't know what it means (inc. myself), here is the definition ...

diatribe:

1. archaic : a prolonged discourse or discussion.

2. [French, from Middle French, prolonged discourse, from Latin diatriba] a : a bitter, abusive, and usually lengthy speech or piece of writing <the melancholy diatribes of the old prophets Richard Chase> <a diatribe against Nero Berthe M. Marti> b : bitter and abusive speech or writing <to be irritated or offended by such diatribe Time>

3. : ironical or satirical criticism

Thusly, a "poorly articulated diatribe" would be a rambling, prolonged discussion that lacks any cohesive standards of grammar, direction, punctuation and overall engaging content. It’s a clumsy, confused and tedious monologue that's short of any general course other than as a stream of nonsensical conscious thoughts, thrown together in any haphazard way into something that the author thinks will make sense, but does not.

Basically, it’s a load of bollocks.
