Help on removing heatsink and question on agp

I am planning on buying a new motherboard and i wanted to take my current intel chip and the heatsink but i dont know how to remove the thing that is holding it down:

any idea how to remove that i got it to move a bit but dont want to put to much pressure on it.

My next question is one agp slots, my current mobo has 3 pci slots and as i was lookin at it i see a spot that says "agp1" and has a space as if an agp slot was suppose to be there is there like some way i can buy an agp slot and put it onto my mobo here is some pics of it:

Thanks in advance

What brand is your motherboard? To remove the cpu heatsink push both ends of the clips downwards, and they should pop out. If not push them downwards and then outwards

This is my cpu-z info.
I also see that you don't have HT. How much ram do you have, and would you consider the mobo I showed you? There is also a 3.0 GHz 478 cpu I am selling on e-bay, you can check it out if you want it.

Also click on the Mainboard tab

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130490

This is the one I recommend. Because DDR is 400 FSB is 800 and has 1 AGP 8X slot. Might i suggest a better cooler??
Do you want to oc your cpu or not?

Also if you don't want to buy the cooler you can buy an really good themal paste http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835100007

I would highly recommend this thermal paste.

later you can get a good cpu cooler made out of pure copper http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103162

As I said click on the Mainboard tab in cpu-z and tell me what it says

Here's mine

Either the mobo comes with AGP or it does not. You can't "add" AGP slots.
If it is a recent board, it probably has AGP or PCI-E
