mnsmsgr.exe, good or bad?

i've been having this appear in my task manager under processes. yes, it looks like it should be msnmsgr.exe, but it's mnsmsgr.exe. i tried to delete the file, and it came back. i tried to end the process, it came back. now it blinks in and out of my task manager. i need to know what this is and if it's good or bad. hopefully i posted in the right forum.
