In need of some helpful advice...

For quite some time now my computer has been very slow and just bugging out every so often. I have posted my HJT log and people said that my comp is clean. So now i am wondering if anyone has any advice on making my computer faster. Any advice is helpful.

How much ram do you have?
What is the speed of your CPU?
How many programs do you have running in the background?
How often do you Defrag your hard drive?
Do you clean your temp folders and cache?
Is the inside of your CPU dirty? ( Dirty traps heatl, heat kills systems)
