More info ...

I've downloaded Driver Detective and in result I have 1 driver "bad driver" by Driver Detective.

It is USB Human Interface Device under HID - Human Interface Devices part.

Only thing I have under Human Interface Devices in Device Manager is :

HP Quick Launch Buttons and I tried to update driver and downgrade and still the same result.... somehow in Driver Detective is "bad driver"

there is a link in result of Driver Detective summary for driver download but I need to pay ....

please help

Don't trust that Driver Detctive!!!! It will tell you that you have a load of driver problems then charge you for free drivers that you probably dont need!!!!

Those types of programs are usually scams!!!!
