Unable to change color quality or screen resolution
Hello -
I am running Windows 2003 Server and have a Philips 190S20/74C monitor. My monitor was fine and I was able to select 1280 X 1024 32 Color. I installed Nero 5.5 which screwed up my monitor. I uninstalled it thinking it may automatically revert back to what it was before. It did not. My computer is "stuck" on color quality Lowest (4bit) and screen resolution 800 by 600 pixels. I've been all over Philips site and have determined I will never buy a Philips monitor again -- there is nothing on that site to help me fix this problem!! Does anyone have any suggestions? |

I doubt it's the monitors fault!! You probably need to remove and reinstall the driver for your graphics card!!!
