Software Uninstall Utility??, anyone know of a good program that uninstalls stuff??

Hi, I need to uninstall DAO from my computer, but it wont let me uninstall it from teh add/remove program menu. Ati is the maker of it, and i dont want to have to try to uninstall all the graphic drivers and everything, then reinstall them with out dao. A while ago i saw a program in a post that could uninstall stuff, even if add/remove wouldnt let you, i did download it and used it, and it worked for me! but i have deleated and uninstalled it, and have no idea what it was. anyone know of any programs like that??

Thanks panos_gr, but the problem didnt go away. That program did do the job, and showed me that i need to do somthing else, not uninstall somthing. Luckily I made a backup of my registry useing Registry Clean Expert, becasue it had to delete files from my registry.
