saving files in jpeg format in Photoshop
Can anyone help me with a strange problem with Photoshop? If I scan a photo into Photoshop I can't save it as a jpeg due to an error message popping up. I thought I had cracked it when I carried out a repair install of Windows XP but after a couple of days the same thing started happening again.
I have reloaded the software for both scanner and photoshop but with no improvement. |
