I have a Dell Dimension 4500, Windows XP
The CD drive suddenly stopped working, does not light up, but does show up in the hardware profiles.
In the Properties box, the following appears:
Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)
Any suggestions about what I should try first?
