Dell Laptop

hi all,

i have my first laptop it's a dell inspiron 6400. i was wondering i you can work on a laptop for very long ( like a day or 2 ) while connected to the electrical outlet without damaging the laptop?.

Was there a 2-inch letter warning in the manual saying that you cannot use your laptop from the wall outlet?

It's perfectly OK. Your battery meter may become inaccurate if the battery is not discharged for a while, so you may want to let it run down to zero once a month or so. Otherwise it is a good idea to charge the battery when it is down to some 40-50%
