I'll post this question anyway. First off, I'll preface by stating that I'm completely computer retarded.
Here's my issue: I own a Sony handycam DCR-DVD305 & I'm suddenly running into issues with their picture package software. It's started telling me that I need to install multimedia flash player in order to run the program. The thing is I already have it installed and I didn't realize it needed that to run in the first place. It never used to do this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and that didn't help. Please Help.
