Do any programs show up or only the one you want to delete?

If it's only the one you want to delete then you can just go to the Program file of the program you want to delete and run the uninstaller ( Example: Start > my computer > C: drive > Program Files > Ubisoft > Ghost Recon: Advance Warfighter > Uninstaller.exe )
