Image with file extension .enx what opens it ?

I had a picture sent to me with the extension .enx at the end. Named like "picture.jpg.enx" I tried acdsee, adobe CS2 and paint but none will open it...can't seem to find anything myself. I tried dropping the .enx and it won't open. Tried changing it to .jpg, won't open. It's also a very large picture, and a professional image. It's about 8meg as well.....I'd really like to see this picture, can somebody suggest a program that will open it? Thanks all.

I`ve just looked up the .enx extension and THIS is what I`ve come up with. I don`t know if it`ll help though.

Thanks. I got that to, did nothing to help. I tried the program, seems to be a text thing. DAMN I've never heard of this extension before. All this effort, I hope I can the picture open soon, and I SINCERELY hope it's well worth the efforts...hehehe. Still accepting ideas, thanks all.
