Internet Problems

what do mean "jumps" and "lags" ? Also, have you recently downloaded IE7 or done any hardware changes? Have you run a recent spyware scan?
 
Really without more information than that, no one will be able to properly help you. Please provide more details.

When im on the internet the pages jump up and down causing massive lag. The pages I view move up and down rapidly, not much more i can describe other than that.... And yes ive downloaded IE7 but i use Mozzila
 
I would uninstall IE7 and do a system restore to a date before you downloaded IE7. Let me know how you make out.( It sounds weird, because you don't use it, but it makes everything buggy)
