XP load blue screens - Help with Minidump
put together a XP load for some workstations and it is blue screening on a couple workstations. I've attached my minidumps for help. Not sure where to start looking.

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c000001d, parameter2 800ee39e, parameter3 a71b3ba4, parameter4 00000000.
