Frequent restarting of pc

I work in a library with 3 public computers. After each use we click to restart, in order for the Deep Freeze software to restore all settings. Is it harmful to keep restarting the computers--sometimes 10 or mores times per day?

Um no not that I know of.
Can anyone else follow up with that?

No! You have to remember that's how systems were built to shutdown and restart many times over and over.
