no CMD, RegEdit or task manager

Hi, when i try to use the command prompt or regedit i get an error message that says "Another program is currently using the file." I have attached my hijackthis log. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
