I've installed the drivers for my audigy sound card but there is no audiohq file. i got the drivers from soundblaster.com. can someone tell me how i can get the audiohq? THanks.

Do you have the install disk that came with the card?? You need that in order to load the audiohq file. The drivers on the site will only upgrade which features that you have originally loaded.

i never got a cd because the sound card with install wit the computer. Theres no other way beside a cd to get back the audiohq?

You could try here. I'm not sure which model that you have, but this is for specific drivers and software. Just highlight your specific model and DON'T select automatic update. Try a search for the audio hq's software.
