I'm new to re-authoring media, but I recorded a good program the other day and wanted to grab a short 2 minute segment to e-mail to a friend.
I don't intend to infringe on any copywright laws or call it my own, just want to share something I thought was cool.
Is it possible to extract a short segment of a program? If so what do you reccommend I use?
