I disabled my video card

Uninstall it...and then restart your computer as suggested by Windows, and the computer should recognize it. By the way, why did you disable it 
?

Well yes, there is an easier way rather than reinstalling it.
You disabled it, so you can simply just re-enable it...lol
Go right-click My Computer>Properties>Hardware(tab)>Device Manager
When in the device manager, your disabled video card should appear with a red "X" on it.
Now just right click the video card listed and click enable.
