peer2peer program

Hi everyone.

Please, can someone give me the name of the most famous peer2peer program apart from limewire, kazaa as I'm having connection trouble with those 2!!

It really would be better if you figured out why you're having problems connecting with the other two.

We side with Jesse_hz. You will likely have problems with all peer to peer until you resolve what is wrong wiht Limewire..

check firewall settings, also what type of connection are you using? Not connecting to a proxy or anything like that are ya?

And for the sake of your topic and techspot you will be downloading legal things on these P2P programs right?

Set any random 5 digit port number in the options of your P2P applications and then open that same port in all of your hardware/software firewalls.

If Limewire gives problems probably all torrent clients will...Still try Azureus (Resource Hog) or UTorrent (personal fav)...They might ask u 2 forward ur port...Check out d article on port forwarding on Wikipedia...
