No more GIF images in posts ?

I can't seem to post any GIF files in my posts, wether in the signature or in the post itself. I have a little collection of smilies that I use once in a while that I can't anymore.

Were they disabled on purpose ?

Yes, alot of people agreed that the images were putting people a little off-track from the main point of the post, and also other reasons behind the text.

I was aware of that thread. It talks about such images in signatures, not in the post itself.

I didn't know GIF files were disabled everywhere except in avatars.

If you read on in that post, it talks about the images in signatures.

You should be able to post images normally.

You should also notice that:
*I have limited to three pictures per post in vB options.
*The [img] tag will not be displayed if the path to the image contains dynamic characters such as ? and &. This can prevent malicious use of the tag.

I think images cannot be posted in the Distributed Computing forum. Has it been disabled ?

I do note at this point that Didou's "Click here now" image, is, indeed, unclickable.

/me doubts that's a TS problem.

Edit: Didou's image used to say "Click here." Naturullay it wasn't linked.
[SIZE=1]Thanks for modifying that ya bum.[/SIZE]
