My computer keeps restarting, a blue screen pops up and goes away before I can read it. and the restarts and does it again. I took a picture of it with my camara so I could read it.

I don't know much about the error-codes, but I have gotten the 'Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equl' message a lot when overclocking RAM too far or using bad RAM. Of course I don't know if it's the problem in your case.

If that second drive wasn't from that PC then it's probably all wrong drivers for the system.
