Alphbitizing program files in start menu

Hi everyone
Does anyone know of a utility or microsoft secret that allows alphabetizing the program files in the start menu, all programs list? I have too many programs and it takes me to long to find the one I want to open.
thanks for the help.

Btw, tidy start menu is nice too. It does have some issues, so you may not want to use it, but if you do, here you go.
