hardware conflict?: satellite toshiba 50 menu popping up

Currently having probelms with my comp.
installed mcaffes onto system and then since then ethernet is not detected and right clicking mouse menu keeps popping up.
i have reformatted 6 times , got rid of mcaffes and cleaned the whole thing up with trojan, vrius hunting software galore. ive utilised the fromat disc that cam ewith the computer

when plugging the mouse in, windows gets hid drivers from its system to run it.

the computer will go good as gold for 1 day then the menu that pops up when you right click the mouse will steadily just appear all the time.

i would appreciate some help as i am getting quite frustrated as is my wife who sees my "muttering" at the thing

System specs
Go to Toshiba's support website and download and install all the updated drivers including the pointing device drivers... If you used a driver CD that came with the laptop, the drivers are probably very old
