XP keeps rebooting by itself HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!

XPSP2 keeps rebooting and I find this in the system event log:

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 8050501b, parameter3 b5a7d920, parameter4 00000000.

This is a brand new systems with the following components:

ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA775 NVIDIA 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4 GHz LGA775 CPU
Crucial Ballistix 2 GB DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Ram
GeForce 7950GT 512 MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express video card

I know it's either a hardware or driver issue I just don't know how to figure out exactly what's causing it.

I have attached my Mini-dump files

amon.sys is the failure component of your minidumps. It is part of NOD32 Antivirus... Does this make sence to you?

Tmagic650,

Yes and no...We use NOD32 antivirus here and have been for several years now without any problems. So why now would this be causing me an issue.

Could it be because yesterday I tried to load Vista on my second partition and it crashed during the loading process which is the same time all these problems starting happening.

I guess the failed Vista install could have done something, but in my research, the amon.sys blue screen is most likely caused by a virus or spyware infection. Some people have removed NOD32 and the BSOD disappeared
