Where do I find this software?

Hi all!
I'm looking for a software to lock the user to change windows configuration like schema, mouse pointer, wallpaper and other settings.

Thanks!

The shareware section at that site has more listings. These are freeware.

I think you can do most if not all of that with the Group Policy Editor. Winguides might be a site to visit for info on how to do it with registry entries.
