The recording industry is insisting its antipiracy campaign will refrain from taking legal action against small-time song swappers and will focus only on those copying "substantial" amounts of music via the Internet.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) pledged in a letter to U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman, R-Minn., that it is "in no way targeting de minimus users" in its campaign to stop the copying of songs without permission.

The big swappers are basiclly the ones uploading for everyone else to download. If they get shut-down, it's not the little people with 128k uploads who will replace them.

So does that imply they are going after those groups like:
Team RNS
SGE
Team MOD
ect.

Or does that mean they are going after big sharers on KaZaa? I think they should drop this KaZaa crap and go after the big teams that specialize in pre-releases and such.
