Help, my external drive dissapear

after installing a PC game, my external HD disappeared, but the light on the drive are still green.

also before I can upload image and video from my digital camera by plugging in a USP cable, but now it won't read it.

Reboot to see if it is shown in the BIOS screen at start-up.
You might also want to download the driver tools software from the manufacturer, and run them to test the cable and drive.
