Hard Disk Not Showing On My Computer.canot Acces It

I just finish reinstalling XP Pro.. My second hardisk is not showing up on
"My computer". It is showing up on Disk management and on the Device Manager.

in disk management, right click the drive in question and assign a letter to it.

I am not able to assign a letter to the drive..I just see it there, but I cannot acces it.
