Triple Monitor Problem

I have an ASUS P5W64 WS Prof Motherboard with 2 x BFG 7600GT graphics cards in it. The cards are in slot 16_1 & 16_2 on the MB.

I now have 3 Viewsonic 924 19" Monitors (the 3rd one arrived today) but I am having real trouble getting this third monitor up and running. The intention is to get the desktop to extend across all three monitors.

Display Settings recognises the three monitors (the three LCD icons appear) but as yet I have been unable to get anything to show on it!

Am I missing a trick here? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Alexis.

Are you running in SLI mode ? If I'm not mistaken only one card can display an image if SLI is enabled.

Hello.

No, it is not enabled - there are no SLI options in the NVIDIA control panel. I don't even think SLI is an option on my board.

I am thinking to unplug everything - uninstall the lot and start again...

Well I have just finished doign the lot and I am pleased to say that I have success! The 'new' monitor is now showing in the display settings as 'plug-and-play' but it works so I shouldnt worry too much!! I thought about getting the drivers replaced for it but if it aint broke....

Many thanks for all your help!
