ipconfig.exe prob
I recently have this application error popping up, ipconfig.exe application error, the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142), click ok to terminate application.

Can anyone help me on this?

it is trying to access the internet or a network.

If you are connected already, run crap cleaner registry repair.
if it is not supposed to connect, be wary, it could be spyware.

If all you are trying to do is figure out your IP Address you can goto www.whatismyip.com
