Help Me if You Can: Blue Screen 0x00000024 & more!
Dell Inspiron Desktop running Windows XP Pro SP2, will not boot up. Goes to Blue Screen with Stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203 0x827DC678 0x0000102 0x00000000 )
Blue screen also says to stop ani-virus, and run chkdsk /f--but that's not possible as I can't even get the bios to open! Problem occurred when I had to cancel a check disc on reboot by shutting off using the power button. Last edited by bjflittner; 03-14-2007 at 10:42 PM.. |

Thanks! I did Google the error code first thing, but it's way over my head. I had my computer repair tech pick it up today. I just need to save my data, rather han running a restore disk just to get it going.
