Oblivion is the best. Titan Quest is more of a Diablo/Dungeon Siege style game, Dark Messiah is really buggy, and Neverwinter Nights 2 has a god awful camera (it's like the old resident evil cameras if you want a description). It's always showing stuff from terrible angles, and sometimes there are things in the way of the camera.

Oblivion is one of the best RPGs ever, and definitely some of the best graphics.

Oblivion is the best because it's really cool ( Personaly I like Morrowind but you might not because the graphics arnt very good for today ), I think your system could run it... Try doing this to find out:

Go this this website:
www.systemrequirementslab.com and run the test for The Elderscrolls: Oblivion

If you get recommended you system will run it perfect!

If you get a minimum pass then upgrade your system to the stuff it needs ( videocard, RAM or something else like that )

If you fail do the same for the minimum pass results

Hope I helped
