Trojan issue + HJT Log

So... recently (last week or so), I'll just be sitting here and AVG will pop up a warning that a trojan downloader in my Temp. Internet Files Folder called "!update.exe" was detected. I'll delete it and it'll go away, but then... of course, the next day it'll show up again. It seems to just be an annoyance, but.. it could always be worse.

Attached is my HJT log.... Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with several nasties.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Make sure you rename HijackThis.exe as per the instructions.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
