windows restarting with fatal blue screen message: 0x000000C2

Hi Friends..

This is my first post on this forum and I must say my knowledge of troubleshooting Windows is really very basic. I have reading your posts on this forum and found them really very helpful.

Since the last 10 days or so, I am facing this serious trouble where my laptop restarts with a blue screen message: BAD_POOL_CALLER 0x000000C2. In the Event Viewer, I am getting the System Errors with the Event Id 1003 and category (102). It happens quite randomly, but its particularly severe when system is under load. But then, I see it when I leave the system idle and finds it restarted on coming back. I have a Sony VAIO Laptop with Windows XP Media Centre installed. The trouble is I bought the laptop in US and I don't have an international warranty to get support from Sony as I am not in US now. I am attaching recent minidump files. Plz analyze them amd let me know what the real culprit may be.

Also plz let me know is it Ok if I download all the originally installed drivers for my model from the Sony site and reload Windows XP professional on my
laptop as I don't have media available for Windows XP Professional.

Thanks
Prateek

System specs
All the dumps crash at VcommMgr.sys, which looks to be a Bluetooth driver. Do a search on your system to find out what it belongs to, and then look for update. There's no problem downloading the drivers form Sony's site, just get the most recent versions.

Probably caused by : VcommMgr.sys ( VcommMgr+3397 )

HI guys I am having the same error message (BAD_POOL_CALLER, 0x000000C2 ect ect)

I have booted the system into safe mode, as when it is running normally it will only last a few minutes and then go to the error blue-screen. IN safe mode it does not go into the blue error screen. So as you see I am in a bit of a position.

I work in the IT industry (but I am not a tech) so I will ask the guys at work tomorrow to see what they know, but we are really busy so there's not a good chance they can do any work on the system for me for at least a few days. I read through the troubleshooting guide, the PSU should be ok, there isn't much dust through the system, drivers have been working fine earlier... as I said, I am at a loss. I have tested the RAM using memtest and it came up with no errors...

If anyone knows ANYTHING i would appreciate it so much.

Thanks in advance.`

Along the same vein, my recent BSOD's are:

0x0000007e(0xc0000005, 0x805c402d, 0xf78e2868, 0xf78e2564)

0x0000008e(0xc0000005, 0x8056390e, 0xf78dab20, 0x00000000)

0x000000c2(0x00000007, 0x00000cd4, 0x0000a73f, 0x8113dda0)

Are these related and do you know what is causing them?

Thank-you in advance.
