I can't burn dvd's or cds. I have sent them the error messages in log files and also the info tool info. Anyone else experienced this? Is there something else out there that works better for burning cds and dvds?

Nothing is better than Nero but, you need to burn stuff right?

try reloading the adaptic api for the writer go to adaptic website for this
does not have to be an adaptic product
you can try to reload the nero version ,but it's not written as well
deep burner is a good free app
after you make your edits or waht ever use that to burn

Where do I go? I tried adaptic api in search and found nothing.

Trying to burn a dvd but it just won't go. It is one from a vid camera. I have tried many things and finally got it to burn to the hd which it wouldn't even do earlier. Which files do I put in the bin to burn?

Name your burner please.
I have Nero 7 and a Sony DVD-RW-cdrom drive.
Nero came with it.Use what came with yours.It's recommended by manufacturers.
I have No problems,Try useing Nero Express option.

Ulead DVD always worked for me. But then switched to Nero 7 ultra edition.

should have 2 folders for dvd burn
video ts and audio ts
no files will go to audio ts but it should be there just in case
video ts should contant all ifo files vob files
i don't use nero to burn todisc I use to convert or shrink movie to svcd format
then dvdlab pro to make menu
then any burner software (free) to burn to dvd
the api's that I had downloaded from adaptic site are gone??
