Motherboard for overclocking Core 2 duo E4300

I was wondering if any of you guys had a recommendation for an excellent overclocking board for a core 2 duo E4300. I have been looking at the Asus P5b and the Gigabyte 965 series. I have already tried an msi with poor results with this cpu. Thanks for the response.

Gigabyte GA-965P-S3. Cheap and a good overclocker.

Appreciate the response. I ordered that board from New Egg last week for 104.99. The local distributor here wants 132.00 which is crazy. I refuse to pay that kind of price difference for the same product. What other features do you like about this board?
