NDS Emulators

I'm trying to find the best NDS Emulator. Can someone give me a link and tell me which one?

System specs
I'm not sure (this is going to sound horribly unprofessional) but I don't think Techspot endorses emulators. They'll tell you that if you want to play a game, go buy the actual system and game... although personally I think you should be allowed to play games on an emulator as long as you own the game for the system it was intended for, and for which you are using an emulator. But that's my opinion, and a mod is going to come and let me have a piece of their mind
